Although there is no exact science to being a straight up trend setter and bonafide ‘A’ lister, I’ve comprised a list of the most fabulous restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges and events that will take your DC social life from ordinary to extraordinary in a New York minute! I’m telling you who, what, where, when and why I think these picks deserve to be on your radar. Every week I’ll feature a list of hot spots that are truly worthy of being on The FabuList. New spots will be added to my lists, others will drop off and some just might stay Forever Fabulous!

Being Fabulous is not just about dropping a lot of loot. In terms of Restaurants, the leaders on the social scene aren’t caught up in price but more importantly delicious food, excellent service, cool people and a vibe that is unlike any other. Bars/Clubs/Lounges
One line that is internationally known around the world and probably originated in Washington, DC is “It’s time for Happy Hour!” You work hard throughout the week, so from time to time, you should play a little hard too! I’d like to think of myself as a connoisseur of fine wines, a consumer of delectable cocktails, a mix master of fresh beats, and an expert guru of dancing on tables. For that reason, who else better than ‘yours truly’ to write about which of DC’s bars, clubs and lounges have what it takes to make The FabuList?
Events
One of the best things about living in America is we have the right to choose and take part in events that tweak our very own interest. One of the best things about living in DC, the most powerful city in America, is that you have tons of options! From Outdoor Sporting Events, to the Opera, Black-tie Galas, to weekend boating excursions, just to name a few. I’m giving you one good suggestion after the next about events that will inspire you to do a little more than dinner and a movie (boring!!) I mean really, hasn’t that been done to death?!?! Get the inside scoop on all sorts of events; find out the hottest places to see and be seen, all right here in D.C.!! Something tells me this is going to be a really hot summer!
